Shipping Policy

All packages are shipped in a plain brown cardboard box and only identified by your name.

One Flat Rate Shipping

Flat rate shipping.
Oversized or heavy items costs extra.

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed and shipped within 2-3 business days following the date of the order.
  • Orders are shipped via SAPO and estimated time in transit from day of shipping is 4-5 business days. NBN however has no control on the number of days it takes the package to receive the customer once it has left or shipping department.

Note: Holidays and weekends are not considered "business" days.

Order Status

You can check your order status by signing in to your account. Your unique tracking number will be posted to your account when your order is shipped.

Secure Checkout

To protect you and your personal account information, we employ SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) technology. The SSL technology works by sending all of your personal information, including credit card, password, name and address to us in an encrypted code.

Customer Privacy

We consider all customer information private and confidential. We never share customer information with anyone for any reason. We do not sell or distribute email or mailing lists, and we do not send unsolicited mail or email. If you would like more information about how we ensure your privacy please read our Privacy Policy.

Backorders

Every effort is made to ensure that the inventory count is accurate in the system, but there will be times that an item is out of stock even when the web site doesn't indicate so. Your order will ship as soon as the backordered item is back in stock. We will notify you by email when an item is on backorder. You can also login to your account to see if your order has been backordered. Backordered items will be charged unless we receive notice of cancellation of that item. We will credit any credits due upon receipt of cancellation email. You are free to cancel backordered items by sending an email with your order number by clicking here. Your backordered item will be shipped once the item arrives in stock.

Cancellations

All cancellations MUST be requested within 24 hours of original date and time of order OR before your order is placed in “Packing” status. After your order is placed in “Packing” status, all cancellations are processed as Returns (please, check our Return Policy for details).

Payment Information

We accept the following payment types:

  • We accept the following major credit cards: Visa and Master Card.
  • We accept EFT (Internet Transfers) payments.
  • We accept international wire transfers for or international customes that prefer this method.
  • We accept debit or ATM cards issued by either VisaTM or MasterCardTM.

We do not accept:

  • checks.
  • We do not accept cash payments, except at our physical store location.

We use electronic encryption (SSL) for all transactions.

Shipping Restrictions

Certain countries have restrictions on possession of adult products. You are responsible to find out any local laws that this restriction applies to. Please check local laws for such restrictions.

Delivery Time
