Return and Exchange Policy

Due to public health regulations we cannot accept any returns unless they are:

• Mechanically Defective.
• Unopened – a 35% restocking charge will be assessed for any return that is not mechanically defective.
• No refund will be issued for any product if it is not returned within 30 days of the original order date.
• No refunds will be issued for any DVDs. DVDs will only be replaced if they are defective.
• No refunds will be issued for Glass Sex Toys due to the fact that they are custom pieces.
• No refunds will be issued for any opened sex toy - this is for health reasons.

All returned products must have a return authorization.
** We reserve the right to refuse any exchanges or returns at our discretion.

How To Obtain An Return Authorization

• Email us or log in to your account and open a ticket with the following information:
• Order number, date of purchase, reason for returning and the name as shown on the billing receipt.
• Once your information has been received an authorization will be promptly emailed.
• Once your product(s) has been received, your credit card or any other form of payment will be credited.
• Any credits to be issued will take place within 14 days of receiving of the return.
